Execution |
|
| |
Phase Two is considered as critical as Phase One since a solid leverage plan
will only be successful through a solid execution. Following the completion of Phase One, a client company may choose to continue its engagement by choosing from two options.

Assistance and Supervision |
| |
A client company may have in place the necessary structure to implement the leverage plan developed in Phase One. However, in order to improve its return,
a company may appoint CNC to assist its in-house team through the execution
of the leverage plan. As part of this engagement, CNC’s responsibility will be to establish a direct line of communication and to provide support to the
company’s in-house personnel responsible for advancing the leverage plan.

Execution by CNC |
| |
In this day and age, employees’ schedules and workload are so demanding
that a company may choose to outsource the leverage plan’s execution to CNC. CNC has extensive experience in seamlessly incorporating itself into a company structure and assuming the responsibility related to the implementation of the leverage plan.

Actions |
| |
Phase Two will require the client company to establish the level of integration with CNC which in turn, will determine the duration of the engagement. Execution of a leverage plan may last from a few months up to several years depending on the plan characteristics. A client may choose the duration of engagement with CNC based on the company’s own outsourcing policies and criteria.
- Analysis of leverage and sponsorship opportunities
- Establishment of system to capture and document leverage activities results
- Establishment of legal, financial and purchasing requirements; establishment of a plan and document
- Assistance to the client company team in charge of executing the
leverage plan or
- CNC’s execution of the leverage plan (depending on the type of engagement
selected by the client company)
